We were very saddened to hear of Celias' passing. She was such a beautiful, kind woman. We always enjoyed talking about "our house". She will certainly be missed by all of her family that she was so very proud of. There's a new angel watching over your today. Our sympathies to all of you. We are away this weekend, but want you to know that we are thinking of you.

I extend my sincere sympathy to Celia's children and their families. Celia was a good life-long friend. I knew her and her mother from my earliest childhood memory. She was my Sunday School Teacher, as well as a neighbour. Our families interacted in friendship and support for over 3 generations, in the closely-knit neighbourhood of Havelock Street south, not far from the Flax Mill. I grew up on tales of times spent together, the stuff of which memories are made, between the Wilson and Johnstone Families. I suspect that there is a grand reunion taking place even now.

My condolences to Celia's family. Celia was a great friend to members of my family, especially to my parents and my brothers, Bob and Jim. I recall as a young child, hearing stories from my Mother of Celia and their long enduring friendship. It began in a time when no one had a lot of money but no one was ever short on laughter and love. Celia was a gentle spirit. There is no doubt that those who went before her were there to greet her, hug her and laugh with her once more, when she completed her earthly journey and joined the ranks of what is beyond us. May your spirit soar with great joy Celia. With love, Mary (Johnstone) Meaden
