They had a unique bond. So many memories and stories have been told of time spent with Dad and Mom, Bill, and you Carol, and your family. They loved and trusted you beyond words. Because it is difficult to use the words rest and peace when referring to that mischievous soul that is Bill, I will wish him to always be surrounded by the eternal love of his family, and you his family to always feel his strength and energy that he so freely shared.
