Bud and Josie were the first and kindest people we met when we moved to town. Josie would show up at our house every year with turnips in hand saying I know how much you guys like them. And we did. She will always be remembered. Condolences to the Hamilton family.
Lynda, John and Douglas and families. Sending our prayers and sympathies on the passing of your mom. Josie was an exceptional lady. Friendly, smiling and caring person.
Cherish your memories with laughter and tears. You were blessed for many years with her.
Lynda, Tub, Douglas and families, we are so sorry for this huge loss in your lives. Josie was a special lady who had a wonderful smile that lit her eyes. She was often the one at the shop to come out not only to fill your tank and wash your windshield but also to catch up on our family news. Her work ethic was second to none.
Sadly we know two little kiddies who will very much miss visiting with her at her nursing home window.
Thinking of you all as you celebrate her well lived life.
So sorry to hear of Josie's passing. She was an Amazing, hardworking person who was always so proud of her family. I enjoyed my many chats with her over the years. Thinking of you all at this difficult time
Our condolences to all Hamilton family's. What a lady! Always up early! Cleaned our windshields like no one will ever do again!
Even though she moved to the nursing home, she still enjoyed the outdoors. She was smart as a whip till the last. I felt so bad for her when they reduced the deck at the nursing home, we had so many good chats there. Children were able to run up to her window & she always had smile for them. Rest in Peace Josie
Lynda, John, Douglas and families -- our sympathies to all of you at this difficult time. Keep your memories close and all the good times you shared. She was a great lady.
Dear Lynda, Tubby, Doug, and Families So sorry to here of your Mother's passing. Just seeing her picture, the tilt of her head, her smile, and the sparkle in her eyes was always a lead-up to a comment or a story, or a bit of news. May the many "I remember....." memories help during this tough time. Can you image what she has to say to Bud right now?
There are never the right words to say when we lose a cherished loved one. We are thinking of you, and hope that all your beautiful memories together bring you comfort.

Lynda, Tub and Douglas and families ,so sorry to hear of Josie’s passing. She was always a constant at Hamilton Fuels as she worked so hard alongside Bud and many family members over the years. An excellent photo chosen of her. She will be missed.
It was both my pleasure and a privilege to live across the street for all those years. I couldn't have asked for better neighbours, Josie was and will always be an inspiration to me. While it is with sadness that I read about her passing, I cannot help but think of her life so well lived, what a gift she was to all of us who were lucky enough to have been in her company.
Josie - always a constant in our lives. I picture her either calling out from the front door on Outram St. or standing on the back stoop. We were lucky to have such a good neighbour. She had the best smile ever. She will be missed. My condolences to her now very large family. She has left quite a legacy.
My condolences to you all. She was such an amazing lady and I know how special she was to you all. Grateful for the memories with her and the girls at the shop & their house on Outram. Love & Hugs to you all.
Bud and Josie were a wonderful site to behold. I always got my gas at their place in Lucknow when I used to visit and Josie would pump it no matter the weather and visit with me. They were both special people to our family. May she R.I.P.

I feel your pain and the sadness that goes with it. Hugs to all the family and friends.
I have so many good memories of playtime in the backyard and Andy’s’ fort and Hamilton and Collyer kids. Later in life and Josie was such a hard worker at the family business. Remember the good times as you gather
Sincere regards to the family!!! Many many years ago when I visited Lucknow, Josie used to pump my gas!! and sometimes Bud. Very good friends to the Symes family!! May she R.I.P. And that BP paint he gave to Bob!!
